A standalone deep-dive that uses multiple assessment frameworks and AI tools to map who you are at the level of core human design - your soul blueprint, your patterns, your blind spots, and the gap between how you're living and how you're built to live.
This is not a coaching call. It is a structured assessment process that produces three things you keep permanently: a written report, a custom AI bot trained on your specific information, and a self-ownership manual you can return to whenever you need grounding or direction.
What you complete on your own before we meet
You upload all reports to a shared folder. I take it from there and provide you with a full breakdown of each + cross referenced analysis to give you a deep level insight into who you are and what your soul is here to do in the world.
What I build from your assessments
- A written synthesis report mapping your core design, primary patterns, and the specific places you are likely out of alignment
- A custom set of instructions to build your personal AI bot - a "Know Thyself" project inside ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini that is trained on all of your information and available to you anytime you need clarity, direction, or a reminder of who you actually are
- A custom AI-generated podcast based on your assessments - a personal reminder engine you can listen to repeatedly to help reprogram how you see yourself and your place in the world
- A detailed self-ownership manual - a home base document that informs your daily decisions, your relationships, and gives you something concrete to return to when you feel lost or unclear
- A set of daily decrees that you will post in your home, at work, etc to affirm your true identity
How it works
- Pre-call: I gather context on where you are, what's going on, and what you most want to understand about yourself
- You complete your assessments and upload everything to the shared folder
- I synthesize all of it into your report, bot instructions, podcast, and manual
- Delivery call: we go through the report together, walk through how to use your AI bot in practical daily life, and discuss what the findings mean for how you're currently operating
- Follow Up Messages: we send text and voice notes back and forth to clarify things along the journey

First, we go through a needs assessment and figure out what your top needs are. Next, we'll go through everything you are currently taking and dosages, document it all in one place, and build a clear picture of what is actually working, what is wasting your money, and what better options are out there. Last, we'll create a new plan that addresses the fundamental supplements everyone must be taking + a few key ones that are unique to you and your goals.
Most men are spending real money every month on supplements that either don't work, conflict with each other, are dosed incorrectly, or are not being absorbed properly. After we're done, you'll leave with a full plan with proper timing and dosages, links to buy everything at the most cost effective rates, and a system for organizing all the pills and powders that will increase compliance.

- I identify what is working, what is wasted money, what is missing, and what needs to be replaced with a better option
- You receive a written protocol - a clear, specific document telling you exactly what to stop, what to replace it with and why, what to add, and how to dose everything correctly
- I include links to pill organizers that make it easy to stay consistent with your daily regimen
- A follow-up call to walk through the protocol together, answer questions, and make sure the reasoning behind every recommendation is clear

This is the core First Light container. Sixty days of structured, high-touch mentorship that addresses the whole man - body, biochemistry, nervous system, and identity. We work across every dimension of what it means to be a high-functioning man who is not just performing well but actually living well.
The Know Thyself Assessment and Supplement Audit are the non-negotiable foundation of this work. They are included in the fresh-start price. If you have already completed them separately, that is reflected in the adjusted price above.
